After due consultation with the ICT Department we now resolve to the Use of telegram Channel as a medium of Communication due to many reasons.
Why Telegram channel?
- Most SMS service providers no more deliver massages on time due to network problems.
- The problem of NCC (Nigeria Communication Commission) short Codes that prevent TEL-Marketing SMS which some parents have activated knowingly or unknowingly.
